With 19 years of experience teaching science in both state and independent schools across London, I bring a wealth of classroom, leadership and examination experience to my tutoring.

Over my career, I have worked as a Head of Department, Lead Practitioner, Medicine, Dentistry & Veterinary Pathway Advisor and examiner. I also hold a Biomedical Science degree specialising in Neuroscience from King’s College London.

But for me, great tutoring isn't simply about knowing the science. It’s about making students understand it and walk into their exam confident!

I specialise in taking complex scientific ideas and breaking them down into clear, manageable concepts that students can genuinely grasp. My sessions are interactive, engaging and focused on the things that make the biggest difference to results: strong subject knowledge, exam technique, confidence and knowing exactly how to apply what you know.

I want my students to leave a session thinking, “Oh, I get it now!” and feeling more confident about what they can achieve.

I’m passionate about science and genuinely love teaching it. I bring plenty of energy and enthusiasm to my sessions, while creating a relaxed, supportive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes and challenging themselves.

As a parent myself, I understand how important it is to find someone who genuinely cares about your child. I know the difference the right teacher can make, not just to grades, but to a young person’s confidence and attitude towards learning.

I live in London with my husband, our two daughters. When I'm not teaching, I’m usually spending time with my family, at the gym or catching up with friends.
